SHIPPING METHODS & RATES

All orders are shipped via Express Post with tracking through Australia Post. Every parcel is insured in full, so you can feel confident your piece is protected in transit.

Within Australia
– $10 flat rate
– Complimentary on orders over $500

To New Zealand
– $25 flat rate

International (Other Destinations)
– $40 flat rate

Please note: International shipping fees do not include local customs duties or taxes. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are calculated and pre-paid at checkout where possible.

TRACKING & SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY

All shipments include tracking and will require a signature on delivery to ensure secure receipt.
Once dispatched, we’ll send your tracking details via email so you can follow your piece’s journey.

Australia: 2–5 business days
New Zealand: 5–8 business days
International: 7–14 business days (subject to customs clearance)
